The upgraded version has too many bugs. If you look for a place based on postcode then it gives you some other area. If 2 ppl msg you at the same time...the senders msgs get swapped. Plus...takes too long to load up

Couldnt even get through creating an account. Wouldnt let me sign up with facebook, told me my address didnt exist, when I turned on location the address it said I was currently at was WAY off. No address, no account. I'll find another app that doesnt have bugs🤷🏻♀️

I have never been able to rebook a sitter on this app because the date will not work. So have to use a desktop. It struggles sometimes but it's a great service.

Horrible. I cant even sign up. I'm putting in my current location and message says I have to put a post code?? My address is full and correct and I still am unable to sign up. Is this app only for Australians???

Im trying to access my account. System error message says "Your app is outdated. Update app" it does not allow me to update instead goes around in circles and ends up with same error message. Can you please fix urgently as this is extremely frustrating.
