You said the location has been updated (previously rated by one of the customer) but infact it is still outdated. The location was updated 2 days ago which represent untrue location. What a rubbish. I paid monthly subs. I want refund if it is not being resolve before the end of the month.

I am a kid that uses this app and i admit that it does what it is supposed to do but it still messes around with my internet connection and accessible apps. It is also not the best app to get if you want to have a good relationship with your child/children.

I have had to disable my child's Family Zone from her school laptop and mobile. It stuffs my daughter around on the internet. It will let her on and 10 minutes later it won't load anything. She changes to the neighbour's internet and it happens again. When she then changes to hotspot from her phone it does it again. I have spoken to your team and they couldn't help either. It is totally useless and I'm seriously over it.

this app is annoying and it should have the option to be uninstalled completely, not just disabled. i don't need it and i do not find it useful. I am not a kid. i bought the phone because i needed it and it was the only one available at the time for what i needed it for. I dont need my parents to set it up, i am 30 years old and wish to uninstall it.

Randomly alerts for tampering on daughters phone for no reason. Shuts down all her apps. Has done it while I was holding the phone. I'm thinking about uninstalling it and ending using it. Frustrating.

We were recommended Family Zone by an internet safety workshop. However on starting my trial there are already some frustrating aspects. The web interface didn't allow changes to children's time zones (was able to change on Android app), the Android app on my S10+ has crashed multiple times and there is no "off-line" (other than sleeping) option for the timetable routines.
