Poor smarts, like other users have said. Charging at off-peak then exporting my battery charge at peak hours (which is fine but) to the point that my own home use ends up using power from the grid at peak hour! That's quite simply bad maths!! No option to input my retailer's energy rates nor any ability to control or override settings on my end. This is quite a shame for an app and company that's supposed to be one of the key steps in powering our future smart grid as a VPP...

OK, but not there yet. The x and y axes on the Performance graphs are too dim to read easily. The current time is easy to read because it is highlighted, but the rest are too feint. Surely this is simple to fix.

I'll give it a pass on poor telemetry as the support team have acknowledged they are working on this. However the performance of the evergen system in minimising my grid costs is not up to scratch. It does not charge overnight on off-peak if there is going to be a rainy day (e.g. Friday 29th Jan in Melbourne). It does not re-charge overnight on off-peak after a VPP dispatch event, so you end up using peak priced grid power the next day as well. It's great to get access to VPP dispatch payments, but the key benefit of reducing your energy costs isn't there. Would love to discuss this with the evergen team - feel free to contact me!

App is okay but power flow display needs a total redesign. The battery icon does not represent how much charge is available. Some forecasting of power generation based on system history and BOM reports would be very helpful.

this app is confusing there is no explanation of the significance of lines or symbols of the display the diagrammatic display of the previous was a simple one which was self explanatory there is a confusion in this current display that shows significant differences to an app which is provided by the battery supplier
