Usually, I would say this has been a really good app to use - it does allow you to keep your electronic donor card ready. HOWEVER, lately I have found that 1), there is no way to update the app to ensure ALL CURRENT APPOINTMENTS, and recent donation history is visible and 2) there is no way to reschedule, especially when current appointments are NOT SHOWN. Please rectify!

Easy to book new appointments, check or change existing ones, and even view historical health stats such as blood pressure. Appreciated the built in live chat, which let me find out that I could make a walk in appointment at a time when no appointments were available in 2 minutes!

Just tried to open it again. Claims it has issues and won't open. Phone calls seem to work best. The App is useless

Login issues I ticked the biometric box so I can sign in that way it worked for a while then nothing. I rang a the lady on the phone sorry had no IT knowledge and no idea so that was a waste of my time. I uninstalled several times and reinstalled but still nothing. When I go do donate I do not have data on my phone I expect the app to work. If not then issue donors with cards like it was done before and no issues. Please sort this issue out. Thank you kindly..

It was a very easy and functional app to use. Today my friend told me that you can use the app to book with a friend. They sent me a request and I had to update the app. Since updating the app, nothing works, I am unable to book, manage or even view the appointment that I had to book on the website. Once this is fixed up everything will be great.
