Failure to log start and finish times. Case notes lost when told saved. Incident reports fail to save these are vital to clients health and safety and service compliance. Bugs that ask for non vital details then delete other work ie number plate question. This app needs to be perfect lives depend on it.

Fails to connect. Can't login

Unfortunately I have to use it for my work. It was okay till they apparently updated it. First it kept losing clients signatures. Now it won't even let me log in. If I can't log into my shifts, I can't get paid. I have re installed it twice in the last 24 hours. Nothing fixes these glitches. So extremely unhappy.

The app worked fine on my apple device but I recently got a new phone samsung s21 ultra ( android)and the app now flickers when I sign in, and a few people at my job with android devices have similar issues
