I just tried this application, and it was a massive fail. I was unable to look-up my address on the map (i.e. triangulate my location and infer an address). I was unable to enter a pickup address, the app just did ... nothing, and when an address was entered, no user feedback and no saved address, etc. there was no way to get this application to accept an address! I was unable to enter a destination address! see above. I have now uninstalled this app, not much more I can say about it :(

Despite having a booking confirmation number my cab never arrived. Used the Call option in app and they told me the booking didn't exist. They rebooked from my call and said 5 to 10 min. Never turned up and they called me 45 min later to say no one wanted the booking. $150 fare to the airport and no one wanted it. If Uber accepted cab charge I'd never take a taxi again.
