Radiology report is not getting uploaded in the app from the past 2 months, tried every one contacting in the hospital for this issue in the app but still not resolved, should have proper communication channel to raise issues from the app itself.

I booked an appointment using this app and unfortunately when i visited hospital it was not in there system....I made new appointment and waited for nearly 1 hour to see doctor,,, bad experience
