These are the ups and downs of our life and are represented as sine curves.

Mio allows you to instantly view your daily biorhythms just by opening the app. It is un-intrusive and does not share your personal information with anyone. It informs you of interesting statistics such as how many days you have been alive and your emotional, physical and mental well being.

Mio allows you to view today's states and to seek backwards and forwards instantly. If you want to know how your mental state was on a particular day, there is a jump to date feature.

One of the great features of Mio is the family and friends feature which allows you to monitor the biorhythms of family members - all you need is their birth date (and it would be polite to ask their permission).
