The app is a bit clunky. 'Add passenger' when buying tickets doesn't work. Each has to be added to the cart one by one. I had a hard time understanding the listed options for a given search, especially as a tourist. I found Ljubljana's Urbana app more intuitive. A visual representation (map) would be nice to have. When searching places by name, would be great to limit the suggestions to Wien. I mistakenly bought 2 day passes for the same day and was able to get the 2nd order cancelled.

* Once a route is displayed on the map, no other stations are visible anymore. This would be useful to decide which stations alternatively to walk to. * I cannot search for the name of a place (eg. a restaurant) and the app guides me there. First I have to go to google maps, look up the address there, and then enter it here. In this case I'll just use google maps for everything. You can easily integrate this with the Google Maps API.

“The payment was declined by the payment processor. Please try again shortly. (Code: 141)” This error is a lie. My bank did not even receive an attempted charge. There are also too many hoops to jump through to get to the payment failure message in the new ticket shop. In the old ticket shop, I could make payments just fine. Do you want Schwarzfahrer? Because this is how you get Schwarzfahrer.

App is not functioning for Samsung or Android. My phone is the latest model S23 Ultra, but the app is not functioning. My registration is successful, but when I want to log in, the app is just showing black screen and no further actions. I reinstall the app several times, still not working. My friend is using iPhone and she uses iOS version is just fine. Is it kind of bully to Android users? (Updated 19th Oct. I've sent you the screen recording via my registrated email account.)

One job: show the departure time. App shows next tram is in 4 min. I see a tram leaving the stop before I get to it. At the stop the board shows next tram is in 9 minutes. Curtains close, applause follows. I don't know how, but you people absolutely failed implementing the basic function of the app. You deserve some negative reviews here.

Absolutely terrible as a tourist. I have to make an account, give my address, give the name of every passenger(which bugged out and wouldn't let me correctly select a ticket type so I had to restart everything). Just a shitload of typing for a single damn ticket. Even the Google SSO login didn't help much. Bloated garbage.
