Login error should say if email confirmation has not been completed. [Update]: Thanks for the reply but I don't need support, I report a user interaction problem. Additionally, the confirmation email is sent in plain text, without TLS encryption. Given that payment methods are far too limited, I find it outrageous that the app is the only option to buy tickets on-the-fly for buses (especially with the current amount of rail replacement transport). Account deletion is not possible in the app.

This app is absolute rubbish. It does not use the actual gps database of the trams and busses, but an always outdated time table data. If no one updates that in time, all the info in the app is false. I missed 3 trams already because of this app. And not because i was a minute late or the tram a minute too early, but because the app is showing old arrivals, so 10-15 minute difference from the actual arrival of trams. Absolute rubbish. BusBahnBim is a 100 times accurate using GPS tracker data.

You can only buy 1-hour tickets starting from when you buy the ticket, and not for a time in the future. Also, it keeps asking you to log in - it should remember your login. Payment with PayPal would also be nice.

Works as described out of the box. Excellent option to buy ticket for public transport in Graz. Perfect in a pandemic.

Currently still very battery-consuming (much more than quando was), same is true for the equivalent WienMobil.
