Barely works for 2023 standards. It's possible to purchase tickets and that pretty much it. Seat reservations do not work - reservation is not registered on the train and effectively lost. In case of delays there are no real-time updates in the app. In case of missed connection app still displays connection as valid and doesn't offer alternatives. What is the point of having this app?

Only issue I've seen so far is related to the SimplyGo! feature: I'm quite sure, at some point, on first, second or third use, you'll fail to mark the end of the trip. When this happens you'll be charged for tickets and rides you did not take, and you can't do anything about it. So better forget about this (otherwise cool) feature...

I hate that there is no dark option. When I want to buy a ticket (usually at night) I get flashbanged by the white screen. The app seems functional so far but please, PLEASE add a dark version for light sensitive people.

The discount option is hard to find and with some of the latest updates does not work. The app freezes when I select my discount. Please fix this.

Worked nicely one time. Months later, I want to use it again.. SimplyGo is dead without any error. My account shows payment details, but I can not buy anything because I have no payment set up. Which is obviously not true. And I only can add new payments while buying a ticket (did the project owner ever use apps with a shop? He or she should). I told my colleagues my problem. Their reaction "Used it once, didn't work, never tried again". Update: Last app update fixed it 😮

I bought tickets and then changed my mobile phone. They are locked to the phone apparatus and the app doesn't produce a new QR and hides purchased tickets when detecting a new phone. The conductor insisted on seeing QR. Email receipts were not enough. I called Customer Service twice and they charged my phone for 20 min each time. As soon as I tried to explain the problem the operator hung up twice. I have a right to get the service I paid for and ÖBB and this app makes it next to impossible....
