Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing atracr - Realtime GPS Tracker on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

About this app

atracr is a live GPS tracking app to record your routes. Use it to create routes from your hiking or cycling tours. If you have a working data connection, your waypoints are sent to our server in realtime. If you shared your routes with your family and friends, they can track your routes in realtime.
If no data connection is available, it is possible to save them on your smartphone (offline tracking) and upload the data later when you are connected to the Internet.
When you share your data, you can decide if you just share your latest location, a specific route or all of your routes.

We also provide a widget for starting and stopping the tracking.

Our app is still in development and we need your feedback to improve the app. Please be patient with us.
