I admire the effort that has been put in collating and presenting the material in the app. I also like the way the content is organized. It facilitates both learning and practice. However, the ads are an irritant, wonder if there is a payment option to get rid of them, couldn't find one myself. And also if the syncing can take place in the background while the user accesses some selected areas of the app where syncing is not required. Rated 4 for these 2 things.

I have yet to try most of its features. However, I did note that there is no dark theme option. This would be a great addition to the app as it would make usage at night easier. (If you are unaware of what a dark theme is it basically changes the background to a black or gray, something softer on the eyes at night, and has everything else fit with it (text is white, other things are orange or other matching colors))

This app is amazing. I don't know if my opinion will matter much to others who read it, but it has brought new realization into my life. The audio tracks got rid of my migraine and helped me focus. I am an Empath. Whether you want to believe that or not is up to you, but I am very sensitive to feeling and the audio tracks on this app truly helped and honestly after about a minute I had tears of joy, passion, and I have truly been inspired. This app hit home for me.I just hope everyone does too.

Greatest app ever created. Full of information on astral, lucid dreaming, meditation and many other similar experiences. With plenty of exercises and real techniques with real results. Free ebooks and audio on related subjects are the icing on the cake. Tons of stuff for anyone interested in visiting other worlds with their minds. The proof is there and all you need is a guide to set you on the right path with no jokes or gimmicks.

Hi! "Dark mode" goes further than changing screen brightness, because even with brightness turned down the white background can be way too bright, especially when trying to relax, meditate and or astral project. There are also apps available that change the screen light from blue to red which doesn't interfere with your sleep. Should give the dark screen option of background, but maybe red screen light option as well? Think black/purple universe with stars and nebulas? thanks and Blessings!

I'm not familiar with some of the lingo used, but it is still easy to understand and very detailed information! My first experience (that I can vividly remember) happened when I was 13, on purpose, in a controlled setting. I don't want to get into the details here, but I haven't purposely done it since. I've recently been doing it on accident though, and ran into this app just when I needed it. I'm hoping it can help me re learn what I seemed to naturally know, at one point, how to control it.
