I love the initiative of what the app can provide, loyalty, credit, special promo and etc. But I'd feedback to remove the expiry of credit and points, at least ppl will be motivated to come again when they see their balance, instead of zero or expired; you can't covert a certain bracket customer group. To high spenders and loyal customers, they come whether or not you have the reward system. Real first hand experience here from a loyal customer.

The app always prompt the message "The Server is down". Seriously doubt the reliability of this app in keeping track of the point and e-wallet credits...

The Social app works as it should on my Mate 20 Pro, no issues so far. Perhaps you could put the bottle custody mechanism in the app to better use, so I won't have to worry about carrying all these bottle parking cards around, I should be able to pass my social card and request my bottles linked to my account. Just a suggestion, apart from that, great app!

Uninstall and install 5 times but still can't open the app... message "unfortunately the social has stopped" kept appearing!!! Very disappointing indeed!!

Very disappointing at times. Have tried every day to get the daily reward only to find on several occasions the server down thus preventing me getting the full amount and claim the wine.

Hard to give any other rating since I installed, provided all information and waited for activation code that never arrived! C'mon, help your customers help you and fix your app.
