A lot of features in this app does not work. Like the fast pass which was important for the event. And there is no one replying to us when we ask their support team for help.

EDIT 2: two days before event fast pass feature still doesn't work. App doesn't recognize that i already bought entry and activity passes. Cannot register for workshops or panels. No reply from FB, email, etc 😶 ---- Edit: can now log in after a workaround the FB guys asked me to do. But now can't reserve workshop slots in advance, can't get fastpass? ------ After update same problem. App still won't let me log in though my credentials are correct :(

The app is very useful. Everything you need to know regarding the event is all here. It is also engaging. Graphics and design is great. So far so good for this app.

I'm not sure what's the true purpose of this app if most of the functions are not working at all. Register is not functioning as expected which means I'm about to lose the opportunity to attend workshops which by the way is the reason why I want to come to this event. The communication between the web and the app is not functioning as expected. In the web, it was indicated that my purchase was a success and indicated "In Processing" but the app states that I need to purchase a badge first. Gave a heads up to ComicCon Asia about it but they were just ignoring my feedback.
