Useful, but limited. Was better before. I used this app for a few years before some recent changes reduced its usefulness by removing many of the most useful features and adding limitations. International remittance cash in methods were removed. A location limitation was added. I travel for work and often get various "Service not available in X country" while traveling making it so OFW's cannot use it while in those countries. Was better when it could do more.

This app is getting worse. Payment requests go through a link sent via email. When you click that link, it opens a web version of Coins but on the next step it will lead you to download the app (which does not make sense because you already have the app). Then when you click on those links and the Coins app opens, the payment request is not there. It goes on and on to an endless cycle of nothing. You end up paying fees because you have to transfer to another platform to pay. Very inconvenient!

Transaction history is gone. Can't make payments straight from the app. We still have to send payment requests via email and open the links through the browser. Now when I try to make the payment from the link sent the page says I have to make the payment from the app but doesn't give me the option to open it. It just gives me links to the different appstores. It is getting a lot worse.

My update review. This app is going downhill. The features like cashback was great until coins removed it. The update iteration is not user friendly. Signing in and verification is cumbersome as the sms takes to long to receive it and it's already expired once it's received. The once great app will be the next to go down in history as the WORST APP. Don't even bother to sign up. There are better options.

Few days ago, the app was good. I can open the app, view transactions, check everything. But after the update, the app says "something's off" when I opened it and pertaining that my connection was the problem even if it's not. I can open other apps without problem tho. So, what's the catch? Is my money safe or you guys... 👀

Security measures are a bit too extreme even for a Level 2 Verified user. Just tried cashing out some small funds to my Shopeepay account and the app is requiring me to go through facial recognition scan despite my account already being KYC verified. Also if I haven't used the app in a really long time, the process of logging back in is tedious - the app is requiring 3 forms of authentication: E-mail, SMS and 2FA codes all at the same time with only 60 seconds timer given.
