I'm not a beginner to these exercises, so when I downloaded and opened this app, I tried to use the advanced option instead of starting from beginners. Unfortunately it's a premium package and I don't want to spend for such thing. Please solve this issue because everyone who downloads all these applications arent beginners. Thank you 😊

Good app, but I feel was too easy, I think it's intentional to keep me around for the hard level earning points to get there. Honestly I just want excercise that is my level. Too easy for me but all in all amazing app

Nice exercise app for beginners. Improvement could be, to add voice support. Add the number of repititions in rest screen itself, so that i dont need to wait for timer to run out in order to know how many times or for how long i need to do the exercise, this causes problem in time based exercise where if i have to exercise for some seconds few secs are wasted to check the time itself.
