La app crasheó y borró el turno, soporte online bien gracias, es un formulario de contacto. Perdí el turno y ahora tengo que esperar una semana para el próximo, solo para ver si va a volver a pasarme lo mismo.

Un servicio exclusivo que permite realizar consultas a través de una videollamada con un médico especialista en Clínica Médica o Pediatría de los Centros Medicus.
De esta forma podés acceder a la opinión profesional que necesitás desde tu celular o tablet, eligiendo el horario que te convenga y sin importar el lugar donde te encuentres.
Este nuevo servicio te permite:
• Programar un turno: contás con la posibilidad de elegir el profesional y horario disponible que desees.
• Acceder al turno agendado.
• Ver el historial de consultas.
• Llevar un registro personal de salud.
Además en el momento de la consulta, el médico puede indicarte la realización de estudios de baja complejidad para que realices, sin orden médica mediante, en alguno de los Centros Medicus.
Todas los datos surgidos de la videollamada quedarán registrados en una historia clínica informatizada.
