Great app for sending my daughters selftapes in. Easy to use, makes our submissions look professional. I would like to give a shout out to David from their customer support team who helped me via Facebook messenger. Had a problem sending my video... Wouldn't encode. We tried a few tests and I was credited tickets so none was wasted. We couldn't fix the exact problem but we got it to work. More Importantly he followed up the next week, much appreciated. Great customer service. Thank you

It was really frustrating using this app. For starters it kept freezing as soon as I would stop recording a video thus I had to keep restarting my phone over and over again.

I do love this app and have used it on my Samsung and my husband uses it on his iphone. I recently updated to a new phone which is the Samsung A-70 and the app no longer works which has caused much stress because we have two children who are in the acting business and at times in different locations filming. I am extremely upset that the app is not working on my new phone. :((( Have been using it for 3 years now.

Unfortunately, whenever I press the record button, it simply takes me back to the 'recording check list/tips' screen, and this loops in a continuous circle - 'tips'/'record'/'tips'. Useless.
