About this app

The Instant Ordering & Feedback Restaurant Management Solution!

Today, we’re the founders of a rapidly growing private IT Solutions company, and our lives consist of doing all that we can to grow our company, as well as those of our clients through the smooth and efficient integration of technology.
In 2016 Kgotla Mmopi, Oneh Tshepe and Moemedi Rakhudu came together as Table Mate (PTY) Ltd. to solve a recurring problem within the dining industry. We, like many other people, had grown tired of simply wanting to enjoy a meal out but having to fall victim to:

•The burden of trying to find the waiter who had seated you, but not knowing where to start because you can’t remember her/his name.
•Worrying that the waiter may forget to tell the chef exactly how you would like your meal prepared, because he did forget last time, and you try to understand because he is ultimately just human.
•Management being unable to accurately monitor their employee performance with guests and as a result have a substandard
wait(er)/resse serve you.
•The inability for customers to provide restaurants with feedback regarding several aspects of the establishment, and create dialogue between management and customers.
Our purpose is clear, we want to make a difference. How? By helping you transition into an age where you can forget about all the above problems and others, through the introduction of Table Mate, a proudly Botswana coded software made to tailor-suit your specific needs and make the dining out experience that much more enjoyable.
We introduce to you a new and improved way to eat out, get involved with us and indulge in New Age Dining.
