I have been purchase through the apps for 3 times. The vegetables are fresh. I found tiny snail in my kucai which mean it is really fresh! The time slot section is good for me to choose my suitable delivery time. Hope you continue provide fresh items on my next order! Keep it up!

Been using this app to purchase since MCO for more than 10 deliveries. Everything is good although there were always items out of stock but they will process the refund (it was slow at the beginning but improved much better recently). Not until today! Scheduled delivery 3-6pm, got a message that it will be delayed until 7 but until now almost 9pm, no update and no customer service to follow-up. Super disappointed and bad experience.

I have not been able to log into app for the past few days (and it appears that I am not the only one). Ordered 3x. Each order had missing items. Getting a refund has been a hassle. Pointless getting store credit for the missing items due to difficulty obtaining delivery slots and inability to supply all items ordered. If items are out of stock, they should be marked as such. Otherwise, once an item has been ordered and paid for, it should remain available and set aside for delivery.

The apps is good and shopping was a breeze including the delivery guy which is a friendly man. But then that when the dream end, item out of stock when shown available on apps, refund request was not replied via email, chat, even call was very basic saying they will check and refund within a week. A week have passed and no response even after requesting update. Very very weak support team while otherwise a splendid app. If you are reading this, my order now is 27841 from 30th April onward

Great that we can order online during this time. But what we order and what we rcvd on the delivery date, it is hard to say. The delivery guy is friendly but sometimes the order is wrong. Did not rcvd what we order,wrong items rcvd,no stock. No response from website, app,emails,human. No notification, nobody to tell you on the status. Refund have to wait til it's in if it happens eventually. Great way to get you to keep ordering, is to give wrong items and your money is stuck,no response at all.
