This application will be a free download. This app will be designed to make it easy and fun to search for a pet, your new family member, using visual designs and easy to maneuver framework. With this app, users will be able to log in via existing social network accounts or can register a new account and using visual checks to filter their search be able to look at pictures of their search results. Refining their search to a larger radius will be allow via a map that will show how many miles away they are deciding to search. Users can ‘Buddize’ their potential new pets, a form of bookmarking, and look at them later at another time. Showing pictures of search results will be the key to making this app a unique and fun experience. PetBuddy will allow potential sellers such as adoption agencies to post for free and individual pet owners or breeders to post their sales for a small fee. App users will have the option to decide if they strictly want to search adoption agencies or all options available. Users will be given all details and can message sellers directly via the app to find current status or ask any questions.

Other features this app will have are medical history details of pets provided in the details section of the search results. This app is a Pet community app so there will be a menu for people to enlist themselves as Pet Walkers or Pet Sitters for an hourly amount. Users can create profiles and display their pet and become active members to see other members in their community or elsewhere. This type of feature can allow potential pet owners to even request a visit with an existing nearby Pet community member to see pets in person before they make their decision to purchase or adopt. A rating system will be available to rate Pet providers, Pet Sitters / Walkers, or Pet Community members. This app will also feature a lost and found menu that will ‘ping’ all members with a picture of a lost pet and allow someone who has found a pet to ‘ping’ everyone.

This app will also allow users to search for nearby Animal clinics / Veterinary Clinics with the option to rate and provide feedback.

We would like PetBuddy – Bring Home a New Family Member to be the app everyone in the USA uses when they want to adopt/purchase or sell a pet and then let the app become their pet community that allows them to navigate the world of Pet hospitality and services.
