Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Place Reminder Pro on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. Place Reminder Pro works like an alarm clock with a single difference : instead of the alarm time a location is specified.

Places can either be entered as GPS coordinates or the address ( " Berlin Railway Station", " Golden Gate Bridge ", " Berlin , Unter den Linden 6 " . Places can also be taken over from available GPS coordinates . A Reminder can also be displayed on a map.

Under "Settings", a reminder distance (100 - 5000m ) can be defined. It is also possible to change the reminder sound. Under "SMS Reminder Settings", mobile number and message text can be entered.
