Trickiest part is trying to read the screen on the Nano, then switching on Bluetooth. Annoyingly it defaults to off so has to be switched back on regularly. Can the app be transferred to another phone? I was thinking of using my old S7 as a controller rather than my working phone, an S9.

Cannot connect to the Tilta Nucleus, I tried with a Pocophone F1 and a Pixel 3, the apps instantly crashes. I have wasted my money. At least should provide a list of compatible devices or let us use a trial version of the app to confirm we can use our smartphone to launch the app. Edit: I managed to connect the three together, it's not very well documented, the video helps. the app work as advertised, but the focusing isn't smooth at all, it is unusable during recording, maybe useful as a way to get the shot in focus before rolling the camera, and then not changing anything.

Bought, downloaded, installed (samsung galaxy note 9) once I'd worked out how to switch Bluetooth on on the Tilta Nano, scanned, found, connected, then switched on BMPCC4K scanned, found, connected. Viola the Tilta Nano's record button operates the BMPCC4K. Excellent! Your mileage may vary.

Doesn't work good with ef adapted lenses. Not smooth at all. Update: metabones ultra .71 (updated firmware) and sigma 18-35. I used to use the c200 and the autofocus while sort of loud with the 18-35 was smooth.
