.L’Osteria Cantina Brandi nasce nel 2006 dopo una lunga fase di recupero di una vecchia cantina privata appartenuta alla famiglia Brandi, le cui origini risalgono alla fine del 1700, cantina che ha prodotto vino di buona qualità fino agli inizi degli anni ottanta
Dopo quasi venti anni di “letargo”, grazie al lavoro di Sabino Carlone artigiano scalpellino, la location è stata trasformata in una tipica osteria che rievoca le atmosfere contadine e la buona cucina di un tempo.
I segni del passato sono stati accuratamente preservati, lo testimonia la grotta ipogèa e le botti di rovere vetuste, ormai memoria storica di più di un secolo di attività.
Nel corso dell’anno l’atmosfera dell’osteria cambia, si abbandonano i colori della pietra, del tufo e della roccia, elementi architettonici predominanti all’interno, e ci si sposta sull’ ampia terrazza per godere delle piacevoli cene all’aperto nelle serate estive.
Contornate da tramonti suggestivi e da un panorama che si estende dal Monte Vulture al promontorio del Gargano, deliziati da una cucina fortemente impregnata di tradizioni e riproposta in una veste moderna ed innovativa, le cene all’ Osteria Cantina Brandi sapranno regalare emozioni forti per i vostri palati.
