About this app

ADDA ist ein Anamese-Fragebogen, der erste Hinweise darauf geben kann, ob Sie ADS'ler sind oder nicht. Das Ergebnis dieses Tests ist eine Prozentzahl. Je näher diese Zahl an 100% heran reicht umso wahrscheinlicher ist es, dass bei Ihnen ADS vorliegt.

Für eine Anerkennung durch die Krankenkasse, sind allerdings zahlreiche weitere Tests und eine tiefergehende Anamese erfoderlich. Vor allem in Deutschland (aber auch in Österreich und der Schweiz) sind die Hürden für die Anerkennung so hoch und die Erwachsenen-ADS so wenig bekannt, dass es nur eine geringe Anzahl von Ärzte für Erwachsenen-ADS gibt; im Gegensatz zur infantilen/juvenilen ADHS. Es ist daher auch das Ziel dieser App, die Erwachsenen-ADS bekannter zu machen und eine Liste von fähigen Ärzten anzubieten.

Erwachsenen-ADS zeichnet sich oft dadurch aus, dass bei Erwachsenen das "H" fehlt (deshalb ADS statt ADHS). Das heisst, dass Symptom "Hyperaktiv" ist bei Erwachsenen nicht mehr bestimmend bzw. unauffällig. Wenn Sie intelligent und kreativ sind, sich für viele, verschiedene z. B. wissenschaftliche Themen interessieren, aber andererseits auch ihr Leben chaotisch verläuft oder verlaufen ist und Sie trotz Ihrer Intelligenz nie Karriere gemacht haben, dann könnte das an ADS liegen. Denn ADS ist keine der üblichen Störungen, sondern ein Kreativ- und Intelligenzfaktor. Aber ein Kreativ- und und Intelligenzfaktor, der überbordend wirken kann und nicht immer geordnet, fokussiert funktioniert. Oder anders ausgedrückt: AD(H)S ist keine Störung oder Krankheit, sondern eine Gabe. Aber eine Gabe die nicht immer leicht zu handhaben ist.
