So Disappointed in your App.... I was expecting a lot more from this App. The arrival times was very very good and so is this App. But for some reason this App has STOP with the ETA....It doesnt show it. When you check a Times of arrival it just keeps on checkin' & checkin' and still checkin' again and again over and over again with NO RESULTS. Your App is one of the better one out here why you have really put the max. effort in trying to be the best one is very puzzling to say the least......

It was working great for a while, but ever since Christmas the thing just won't load! What's going on! ----------------++++--------------- Uninstalling... for now. No use in keeping an app that won't work. 🤷‍♀️

just stopped loading any information around third week of 12/2018. used to love it prior to that. reinstalled but still broken. Does not provide any results at all.

Used the app all the time, but no longer works. enter station and line info but then just runs endlessly without giving any arrival times.

The Subway App is good to see the Stations but the countdown clock on the App doesn't work anymore.
