I have a buddy who uses this app & told me to check it out. I installed it & started setting up my profile/vehicle information & the app keeps auto closing. I am on a Verizon Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. "EDIT: Upon reading the reviews I understand their terms of agreement however I feel if you no longer owe money on you tires they should allow you to maybe pay a small fee & allow you to move your subscription to another vehicle along with any increase or decrease amounts applied. Just a thought!"

Great service and the contractor who came to put new tires on was amazing. However the app now has a bug where i literally can't get into it anymore. Any time it asks me for feedback and I attempt to give it the app crashes and restarts. It's an endless loop and it won't stop so I don't even know how I'm suppose to manage my subscription or use my roadside assistance anymore since the app is literally useless in this current state. Will update if it ever fixes.

I was sceptical at first, but this is a great service. They come to me and perform the services. No more wasting time waiting for a rotation or to get tires put on. Literally, took them about 30 minutes to put new tires on my car, all while I was working. They keep track of when I need a rotation, through the app and then they come to me. Costs slightly more than a new set of tires every 2 years, but more than makes it up on service.

I used the app for the first time. Went smooth as silk the treads team did a good job setting my appointment making sure i was comfortable with the process just like the app says they showed up during that time window the job was done they then called me to say it's done just like that! Then a few hours later they showed up and completed the oil change in a little to no time the car set in my driveway the whole time it appears they did a good job this app is affordable and good service 👍

Ok, I've been subscribed almost two years. Service is fantastic. Replaced my tires no problem at about 18 months in. I see there's now a $99 install fee. $1540 for the two years plus installation. I can order online have them shipped to my house and installed down the street for $240 less. Is the convenience and extras like roadside service worth it? Not sure but only $140 more spread over 24 months it was. Plus the app is a total buggy mess

App Is Broken. Developer contact doesn't work. They updated the app and broke it more. Can't interact with anything on the main menu without it showing an HTML errors and resetting. Don't know who to contact so here's the review. Edit- App is updated again, can log in to contact support and schedule services (when available) can't post trips manually and trip log is not showing.
