The devices itself works very well and takes the edge off my severe migraines. The app on the other hand has alot of glitches. The data is not always saved from your diary. Now the app is not working at all. I signed out- restarted my phone and uninstalled and re- installed the app. It still isn't working. I have a bad migraine right now and am not able to use the device which really sucks. I hope this gets figured out soon.

For some reason my device will connect to the app. I able to use it the first time I connected the device. Now I'm unable to.

Maybe this works for some headaches. I'm still out on that. The big problem is that it requires you to have your location on to start it up. Creepy. There is no need for location tracking to treat a headache. Oh, but they say your data will not be shared. BS. The second problem is the post survey question about treatment before using the nerivio. The medications list does not allow for multiple selections. Really? Who treats headaches with just one medicine? I use up to three in tandom.

this company/app requires far too many permissions and is a major invasion of privacy and HIPAA for what it does. they want to track locations, date of birth, usage, phone info, and other personal data for self gain and or to sell to other companies.... there is no way to use this device with out the app installed. Junk and don't waste your time less you don't care about your data and privacy
