Pathetic app. This app requires every family members to have mobile number. Moreover OTP doesn't come even after 10 attempts.

The app is of no use. Booked a test 3 - 4 days ago using the app. But home collection is still in pending mode. Customer support saying that they have no access to the app data so the order id in app is of no use for them. They promotes a whatsapp number which also not work. No response after 4 days. Finally booked the home collection for a test over the ph, and when called the provided ph no, the person shared that he collects only blood and support says that there is an error.

Very chep software logic when I want to ad family member it only show random people no option to ad manualy .
