Not using due free version advertiser - focus on the family(!) as the very first banner, I will not support that, ever. Also keyboard (Gboard) covers the checkmark (save button) which is irritating. As for default sample trip - tried to change date and use for my own trip, but once I changed the start date, the end date defaulted to 1970 with no ability to key in the date, meaning I would've had to scroll-flick through 53 years to get to the date I wanted! Not sure if this was a bug or what...

This app is almost perfect, but when you add a picture to an inventory item, it has you click on a link to open the image in another app, rendering that feature pretty much useless. It would be fantastic if there could be a small thumbnail added next to the name or even just have the image display when you click on the name

Good app to get me started. I was able to easily add and remove my items to their perspective bags. The only thing I wish I could do was split up items. For instance, put 3 shirts in checked luggage and another 2 shirts in carry on. I worked around it by simply creating the same item with a slightly different name.

Works great, exactly what I was looking for. What I very much miss: dark mode! Would upgrade to 5 stars just for that. Also might I suggest the feature to share an excel/template file to a friend. What I like especially: being able to compartmentalize with categories AND bags, also like the weight tracking and custom images. Also a bug I've found is that the backup to device doesn't work.

Fantastic app, it streamlines my packing. I started with free version but upgraded shortly after to enable templates and archive. Three features I would like are a search function, decimal grams and the ability to make inventory a template and just remove what I don't need for each trip.

This is the only app on the market designed for a hiker. An inventory with categories. Every item has weight. App tracks both total weight, the weight split by bags (eg. main pack, food bag, worn items) AND by categories, so you know how much weight is taken up by your shelter vs, say, clothing. Perfect! I'd like to see inventory weights displayed in grams though, because none of my things are over 1kg and 0.035kg is harder to read and compare. Also, a to-do list would be nice, perhaps.
