Sir, the app is very user friendly and convenient for all commuters for as a one stop information point. The only defect is that I found the actual timings metro (-)2 minutes to the time shown in app. I checked it multiple times and found the same error. It would be nice if you can CORRECT this one issue. Thanks in advance.

Its perfect , however one drawback is rechaege of smartcard should be easier from 3rd party apps using paytm google pay or bhim not from a website . Which is not user friendly and takes a lot of time and also it should be immediate recharge not wait for an hour

Great app It's always difficult to travel in Bengaluru... though we have metros ,bmtcs ,we are failing to find routes... But coming to metro station routes this application is amazing,it works in the offline too.. Keep updating the app.... #Namma Bengaluru
