HomeConnex is a system designated to serve contractor-apartment purchasers, and to connect and create full coordination between the three relevant parties: the contractor apartment purchasers and the suppliers.
Our system enables receiving general information regarding all of the subjects regarding your apartment:

• Project Information – general information regarding the project in which you have purchased your apartment will be presented.

• Construction Progress – updated information will be presented monthly including description of the progress in the project, pictures, and videos.

• Specification by Room – this area is the very heart of the system, including the details of the technical specification items to your choosing. The items will be presented by room division of the purchased apartment. For each item, the following information will be shown: picture, item code, item description, last possible date for choosing the item and exchanging options.
The item shown in the technical specification page is the default product that was chosen by the contractor, in case a different item is not chosen by the presented date, this item will be locked-in automatically by the system on the determining date.
In case the exchange button is clicked, various options will be presented: charge or no charge after calculating the difference of the credit you received.

• My Documents – this area will concentrate the overall documents related to the contract in a way that will save you unnecessary paperwork. For example: purchase agreement, payment receipts, update letters sent from the contractor to your mailbox, etc.

• Apartment Payments – in this area you will be able to track the payments that were made and future payments.
