I've been using it for a few days and till now, it's great. I like the simple design, quick to use, no fuss, no unnecessary feature, focus only on journaling and that's awesome. Quick thought, I would like journaling prompts to have check boxes to select multiple, see if that's a good option.

GETTING STARTED
Mindwave Daily is a cloud-based journal app. You'll need to create an account so we can keep your logs private and encrypted.

After logging in, we ask you to set your reminder. Receiving a daily notification is a perfect way to get journaling into your system.


JOURNALING
Log your ideas, feelings, and thoughts in private, encrypted logs. No one can read them. Not even us. Add an image or video to make your entrees even more personal.

Select a date and mood. If possible, specify your mood after selecting one. We will help you to put your feelings into word(s).

Pro tip: tags are auto-recognized and work great to categorize your logs.


LOG
All saved entries will be shown in your log. You can edit and save your logs by clicking on the logo or swiping to the left.

From the log, you can easily add additional entries.


PROMPT
You can change the journaling prompt for your homepage and the reminders. These are your options:

- Select a featured question.
- Add your own question.
- Go for random questions.


STREAK
You start a streak when you journal for 2 days in a row. Streaks are great to keep you on track building a new habit. The default setting is 'every day'. If you only want to journal about your work, you can change the setting to 'every weekday'.
