Probably a wonderful app if you can afford it. Or find someone that accepts your insurance. Was extremely disappointed to see that none of the providers accept my insurance. Hard enough to find a good therapist with Florida Medicaid as it is, I don't know why I thought an app suggested by my school would be any different.

I always wanted to talk to someone but I was never comfortable enough to go into an office. This app let me get counseling from my phone so I didn't have to leave my room. The app itself is super easy to use and the video quality was excellent.
