Very poor in terms of user experience. For instance, to plan your route, you need to find your destination on the map first, and you can't add a new route in the routes page, which makes zero sense. Also it's impossible to see the routes from the past (for absolutely no reasons), and thus if you already boarded the bus, you can't check a route which includes this very bus you're riding, because Pame thinks it's from the past. And more and more idiotic design decisions. Just rework the whole app.

A shockingly poorly written, unstable and terribly slow app. The maps work well enough (not perfect but functioning), but the entire payment and top-up feature is appalling! It is absurdly slow to the point that you're not sure if it's responding at all, and most times the transaction will fail with an error or time out although your card will be charged. It is disgraceful that a country supposedly promoting public transport cannot even get a simple online payment feature to work properly!

Journey planner is very helpful, but I would like to plan ahead/see the bus schedules and all fees (in the app). I hate that I have to sign up to save favourite routes and journeys, it shouldn't be necessary (phone number shouldn't be required imo). I love that all bus stops are listed on the map, but they don't always show up. I think that saving and topping up your bus card is very useful, but didn't use it.

The app has great potential and has a nice interface but it's not without issues. Hopefully these will help the developers and the company to fix them. First, the Estimated Time of Arrival sometimes is very wrong. Last week I had this unfortunate experience: I checked the app, saw both my buses are set to arrive in 13 and 15 minutes respectively, and walked immediately to the bus stop. So, I'm there waiting, and I keep checking the app. All looks good... Indeed, first bus came in time, but it was full. I though ok, no problem, the app says the second one is just 2 minutes behind. Well, the second bus didn't come, and the App's waiting time for that bus suddenly jumped from 1 minute to 39 minutes! Indeed I had to wait 35-40 minutes for it to come. Could be the line was skipped, which is fair enough, sometimes it happens. But shouldn't the App reflect that? Secondly, for the last 3 days, the app isn't showing any bus stops anywhere on the map, nor in my Favorites where I stored my frequent bus stops. Everything is blank. At one point I was getting a JSON text string on the screen (programmers will know what this is) and there was no response, but at least this isn't happening anymore. Anyway, I hope these can help you guys troubleshoot. Thanks.

Pls add a feature where we can pay with our google wallet, to add our bus card to google wallet its would be so helpful.

Navigating public transport on cyprus is awful and this app is too. Waited for a bus that never showed up, so did the two alternative routes. The route i finally took after finding someone of cyprus public transport was completly different then the one in the app. Horrible app for tourists as you can't just search for a route to the place you want to go: you need to know the exact name of the station 😂
