They're using Google Chrome as their user interface and it's so lag! Their delivery man will wandering around all over the map even they've got my order. (I think they assigned a lot of orders at once.) Hence, you will get your orders after an hour. I've met this kind of situation a couple times. Their map tracking isn't as good as Foodpanda's. They don't ask you to rate your experience etc. after every single order.

Hard to navigate through. Cannot save address. Now I can't even use the app anymore. It's just black screen when I open it now.
