my wife tried to order some drinks from Baras in downtown food hall. Bar was busy but the staff just ignored the order. 15 minutes after the order should have arrived (timer was on 'soon') and we tried to cancel the order. canceling the order took us to a support chat which said support was closed until Monday. There was even a dserv representative trying to sign people up who tried to help but couldn't. Around half an hour later they cancelled our order.

Ok, so there may still be some rough edges. But for an app that is less than a year old, you can't expect anything more. You get to order food, pay by card, and pick it up. Ordering is convenient and very reminiscent of Wolt. Live customer service is very responsive. I liked the experience and will use the app in the future.

throws errors constantly, tables dont have qr code to scan. the whole system is tedious to use, it is much more convenient to just go and order in person.

Was at the Downtown location in Vilnius. I ordered from the app but it turned out that the restaurant I ordered from was in a completely different location which wasn't clear to me on the app. I therefore didn't get what I ordered despite having to pay for it. When I complained, I was only refunded half the value of the food I didn't get because of 'my mistake'! My advice.... avoid this app and order directly from the vendors unless you want to be ripped off!

Works smooth, except two things: on Android phone I had to scroll through the callendar to year 1992 to enter my birth date... :) And it would be cool to place at least a couple of orders at the same time (in case you forgot the drinks in the first one, which we did). Keep it up!

Menu needs some work: - it is not possible to order drinks - not clear what is included in menu options. - parts of menu are not available in English. I scanned table with app and still the order was placed as pick-up. When ordering we had some technical issues which resulted in having to order again, which means double charge on card. Money will be refunded but still an inconvenience. Changing payments to be reservations and then charge only when order is accepted is a good solution.
