Very convenient. But There should be an option to choose what products we get in the machine. Example - in our office , sprite and fizzy drinks gets out of stock really really really quickly but nobody buys snacks. So if there is an option in the app to request for fast moving items, it will be really nice.

When the vending machine has scanned the right code, it has dispended in another vending machine, I had to go all about the campus and did not get the items I placed order for. Money wasted.

The machine itself is great when it works and shows options to buy. But sometimes it doesn't show options and one has to buy from app. The app doesn't work, post order, it doesn't dispense. But their issues resolution team is good and responsive

Worst app and service... it is like testing your luck sometimes it work and sometimes it doesn't but money get debited from correctly but contactless pickup doesn't work.... no proper number to contact for assistance.
