To everyone having trouble: Update the app and then click on the 3 lines in the top left. Scroll down to "Replacement Program". This is necessary because the cell phone company MyCar uses updated their network. MyCar could have done a better job communicating this to their users.

Great app to go with the remote start unit! Highly recommended! Love being able to start my car remotely with the app, or to make sure I've locked my doors with the app. The gps location service is an added bonus to always know where my car is!

Im lucky if the app works. What is the point if you dont know if its going to work or not? And they have the audacity to charge $99 for a replacement????? How do we kbiw they didnt mess the app up on purpose just to get people to spend more money. Thats the American way right? Ridiculous. Its not the consimers fault your product doesnt deliver the service YOU promised them. Its on you to fix.

This app has had so many bugs and glitches since i got it 4 years ago and it never gets any better! It only works when it wants to and it's never gotten any better! If 0.5 stars was possible that's what i would rate it! What a waste of money and I'm totally sick of it

Always get message "service is currently unavailable" when attempting to register. Completely useless this way. Maybe someone can help with this problem?

‼️‼️Do note use this.‼️‼️ if I may advise you. I have been using this app for around 4th years. On the beginning it worked ok but for the last couple years it's not yet being ok. And it ways stop working around 10 days before and the contract. Like know, it's 6 days left to finish and already stopped since last week. Lol lol lol Disgusting.
