don't use them!!! I'd give 0 star if I could. went to lisbon for holiday,I and my wife used once and then couldn't find any again, they're rarely seen. we both emailed them and asked where to find them, still no reply until now. we still got some cridits in our account but we can't use anymore as we already left the country. suggest you use other company like lime or flash, all scooter company charge the same.
