I'm quite happy with the cleaning service itself but the app often doesn't
work so you have to go to the browser version. You also cannot modify your
cleaning plan for which I've written twice to customer service but gotten
no answer. When you call, you can't get through - at minute 15 I give up.

App sucks big time. Doesnt simply work through log in and renders it
completely useless.

SHITTIEST COMPANY I'VE EVER DELT WITH. awful quality of multiple cleaners.
App sucks. But the worst is that when I tried to cancel the button is
disabled. YOU CAN'T CANCEL. after weeks and a dozen emails and hours on
hold not reaching anyone, I have no idea what to do. Their cleaners say
that the office will be contact but no one ever does.

Die App funktioniert bescheiden. Die Nachrichten wrden so dargestellt, dass die aktuellste Nachricht unlesbar ist. Zum Service selbst: Die Reinigungskraft wechselte wöchentlich - d.h. jedes Mal alles erneut erklären. Die Putzergebnisse variierten zwischen ganz ok und mangelhaft. Einmal wurde dass falsche Putzmittel verwendet, dadurch wurden Putzutensilien unbrauchbar gemacht und mussten neu angeschafft werden. Zu allem Überfluss fehlte nach der vorletzten Reinigung ein Lappen. Beim letzten Termin tauchte die Reinigungskraft überhaupt nicht auf - die Rechnung wurde aber prompt erstellt und das Geld eingezogen. Meine Beschwerde wurde vom "Kundenservice" als Kündigung interpretiert

I will not use this app. There is no functionality to cancel you plan or delete tour account. They state you have to contact the customer service but that does not work. I have requested cancelation for over a month and my account is still open and have to cancel each and evety cleaning manually forever apparently. I tried to call them but I am stuck 1 hour in waiting line.
