Never received the SMS or email OTP. Can't log in as my number is not registered after registration. Can't sign up as my email already exists but could never complete the sign up due to not receiving the OTP. So I cannot claim that free La Pearl Ticket, because the app does not work.

I downloaded the app for the first time and was trying to register. It keeps on saying that I am already registered (how is that even possible). I can't reset the pin as it keeps saying User does not exist. Well solution please.
