eu gosto muito da pizzaria, mas o app tem problemas bem crônicos. por exemplo, os passos de preparação e entrega não funcionam corretamente. meus pedidos nunca saem do "confirmado". isso faz o entregador perder tempo pq eu só sei da entrega qdo sou avisado na portaria.

Um aplicativo que não tem todas as opções do cardápio, nem de borda, nem de pizza. Pedir no iFood é melhor do que pedir no próprio app da pizzaria

Edit: Olá! Em ambas as ocasiões foi feita a troca do endereço da maneira informada, com novos valores de taxa de entrega. Mesmo assim, ao ligar para a loja, eles afirmaram que seria entregue no endereço antigo. Original: O app não deveria ter a opção de cadastrar mais de um endereço, pois ele sempre ignora os novos endereços e manda para o antigo. Por duas vezes, mandaram para o endereço antigo quando cadastrei um novo, mesmo eu já tendo excluído o primeiro endereço de meu cadastro. Complicado.

O App não localiza meu endereço correto e não permite digitar manualmente sem usar a base de dados. Não tem campo de referência pra auxiliar o entregador. Toda vez que pedi demorou o dobro do tempo porque o entregador não localizava pelo maps. Resultado, passei a comprar em outra pizzaria.
