Claim Di เป็น Mobile Application แรกในโลกที่ช่วยให้คนขับรถสามารถทำเคลมประกันภัยได้โดยไม่ต้องรอพนักงานสำรวจภัยหรือ Surveyor อีกต่อไปได้จริงๆ

จากนี้ไปคำว่า “เคลมดิ” จะเป็นคำติดปากคนไทยทดแทนคำว่า “มาเร็ว เคลมเร็ว”

ผู้ขับรถยนต์ทุกท่านสามารถติดตั้ง “เคลมดิ“ ลงใน Smart Phone และบันทึกข้อมูลรถยนต์ของตนเองเก็บไว้โดยอ้างอิงว่ามีกรมธรรม์ประกันภัยกับบริษัทประกันภัยในประเทศไทย

เมื่อเกิดเหตุการณ์ที่ต้องการขอความช่วยเหลือ หรือต้องการทำเคลม สามารถทำรายการได้เองด้วย Claim Di ดังนี้

lert (ilertu) ขอความช่วยเหลือเข้ามาที่บริษัทประกันภัย เจ้าหน้าที่จะเห็นตำแหน่งจุดเกิดเหตุ ทะเบียนรถ กรมธรรม์ ของลูกค้าทันที

ISP (inspection) ลูกค้าสามารถทำการสำรวจรถของตนเองเพื่อขอทำการอนุมัติกรมธรรม์ได้โดยไม่ต้องรอเจ้าหน้าที่ตรวจสภาพรถ

NA (non accident claim) ลูกค้าสามารถทำรายการเคลมแบบที่ไม่มีคู่กรณีได้เอง เพียงแค่ถ่ายภาพส่งมา บริษัทประกันภัยจะทำการอนุมัติซ่อมให้ภายในวันนั้น และสามารถเลือกและนัดวันกับอู่ซ่อมรถได้ทันที โดยไม่ต้องเสียเวลาขับรถไปที่อู่ซ่อม หรือบริษัทประกันภัย 2รอบ 3 รอบ

K4K (knock for knock) เมื่อเกิดเหตุรถชนบนท้องถนน ผู้ขับขี่สามารถนำโทรศัพท์ที่ลงทะเบียนรถยนต์ของตนแล้ว มาทำการ shake กันง่ายๆกับโทรศัพท์ของคู่กรณี เพื่อขออนุมัติซ่อม แล้วสามารถแยกจากกันโดยไม่ต้องรอพนักงานสำรวจภัยอีกต่อไป บริษัทประกันภัยจะทำการอนุมัติซ่อมให้ทันที ณ จุดเกิดเหตุ เมื่อเราแยกย้ายกลับไปบ้านแล้วก็สามารถนัดหมายอู่ได้ทันทีเช่นกัน
