App qsks for irrelevant permissions as an opt in (google location service of phone) but doesn't work without enabling it

This app could use some work. I have an issue with mine: When I turn the AC on, the Electra logo at the bottom turns gold, but after a few moments it goes gray again. The AC is still working in this state but if I attempt to change the temperature, it turns itself off. It seems like it loses the connection, but my Wi-Fi is perfectly fine. Other than that, I wish they would implement a few features: 1. The "Light" option from the remote, to disable sounds and turn off the lights. It seems to be there but it's grayed-out and not working. I have it on my remote and it works just fine on it. 2. Give us a basic timer option. Most of the time I just wanna have it shut down in 30 minutes or an hour. I don't wanna check what time it is and set it to shut down at a certain hour. The current timer is good, but a basic one for a quick setup is missing. 3. I'd like to see more buttons on the main screen. Don't wanna have to jump through sub-menus just to change the blades tilt, sleep mode, turbo and the rest.

Since the new version, finally this app works ! 4/5 only because pairing does not complete unless you move to the AC AP. Please fix this. I will make this more precise as devs apperantly did not get it, obviously the AC must be switched to AP mode, but the app is not able to automatically jump to the AC AP to configure it, I must use the manual option and force my phone to join the AC AP. Still 4/5.

Useful but still has some bugs. (I'm a software engineer.) The last version did not work at all. Some online documentation would be helpful This version pairs only manually with smartphone, but NOT with the home WIFI router. Very useful to set timers. Shabat mode and sleep mode only work some of the time.

I'm using google pixel XL, for some reason I can't get the authentication number, after reaching the WIFI technical support, the representative told me that I can't get messages since I bought my phone not at Israel. I don't know either if electra will contact me back now, and I believe this issue should be notified to the development team.

Application quality is low. It is a real struggle adding new ACs. There is no integration with ifttt or Google home. The design is bad. I think Electra asked school pupil or a student to create it for them
