Drivers have rarely taken orders since I started using the service a month ago, the app "keeps looking for a driver." I had to cancel at least 3 orders because of this & catch a taxi outdoors. Besides, unless my phone location is on, the app does not allow to estimate a ride fee. Uninstalled.
