Never received a text to verify my number after four attempts. And taxi companies really get upset that Uber/Lyft take their business?? Their basic app actually works.

False advertising on the app. Why do i need my card online, if i cant use it. And its says that it would be automatically take the funds out.

Having used this app numerous times successfully on my old phone, it was worth it to me to today endure the numerous installings and uninstallings before I was sent an SMS code to complete the registration of the app on my new phone. Had a good experience, but I thought I was going to be billed through the app since I selected my payment information. However, when I arrived at my destination the driver said he did not receive my payment information. I paid in the cab but is the point of me entering card info if I can't use it?

The app works well, the drivers are way more professional than the avg Uber driver, and the prices are reasonable compared to Uber since Uber is always surging. It is a great alternative to Uber and lyft. One complaint is that the app does not notify you when the car arrives. You can track the car on the map, but then you have to watch the map all the time. The drivers usually call a couple minutes after arriving, but it would be nice to know right away without making the driver wait too long.
