Using the app is easy and very helpful. Especially in cold weather. The App doesn't seem to give me notifications, unless I open the app. Having a setting for notifications would be great, as well as a time setting. Being in a hospital, it's not always easy to remember when the session expires.

Couldn't get this app to work, when I was at the hospital, so I ended up not using it, and because I wasn't able to pay, otherwise, I ended up getting a ticket, after I came out of emerge too. Overall, it did not add to my day. Thankfully, the next time, I came in, they had the ticket booths running again, so I just never opened this app again. Maybe if it were enhanced somehow, would be nice...like where I could actually link my license plate and start the timer on it, should I need to go back

So handy! Don't have to get out of the car on cold days nor do you have to run out when your appt was longer than you anticipated. Cheers!!!

Useful, freezes up a lot, states bad connection a lot. Requires frequent ending and restarting app at times.

Difficult to add time when using all day parking, must wait until finished and then start a new session: if a person is using daily thats a challenge. Also uses a massive amount of power on my phone, need to turn it off always.

Map and location usage is pretty poor but if you know the number of the zone you're using it's a useful app. It's very nice that you can update your parking time / cancel early and only be charged for the time that you use. The receipt is emailed to you which is nice as well. I still feel that it's close to a human rights violation to charge for parking at a hospital but this app makes it a tiny bit less painful.
