We just ordered for the 10th time at baboon and each time we do it we regret it. Service is shocking because it takes up to two hours for the delivery. We spoke with the restaurant on the phone and they said food has over 1 hour prepared and ready but baboom delivery guy wasnt there. After 2 hours of poor service on the phone the delivery comes and the driver has the audacity to say it was restaurant fault because they didnt prepare it in time. Absolutely shocked and not recommend it..

I used baboon quite often in the past. But it's getting worse with time. It's always late, food is cold and delivery people are extremely rude most of the time.

Terrible service. Too often it takes 2 hours to deliver food which is of course cold. no one is willing to take blame and they still want the payment in full.

Delivery is always late, and out of the time-limit they declare. Restaurant makes the food in time, but delivery makes the delay. When the food comes, it's cold and it's impossible to eat. And it happened several times. Nice app, but I will not suggest to anyone. Try to reach other restaurants in Tirana by phone.

they used to be fantastic, but now they distribute themselves, so they cram as many orders as possible from several places. as a result, the food is late, it's cold and, what's worse, they make you believe that the fault is of the restaurant. another good thing gone bad in Albania.
